The infamous blue and black dress that's sometimes, white and gold, depending on who is looking at it.

The first I saw this dress, the dress was white and the laces are gold. And then later, it turned into a blue dress with black laces. I went, "WTF?!"

I immediately downloaded the image and opened it in Photoshop just to verify that it isn't an animated image. When I found out that it's a flat image, I went and Googled it for hours looking for answers as to why it changed colors,

So here's the explanation. Yes, I read all of it! XD
