So, there's finally an official announcement that Google is letting Picasa die to give way to Google Photos. It'll happen in May 1, 2016.

I'm seriously sad because most of the photos in my blogs and other places are hosted in Picasa. Although there wont be any photos going to be deleted, I still prefer the old school way of how you use Picasa albums. I just got used to using it for several years.

But as with all things, there will always come an end. I'll just have to learn to love Google Photos.
